Royds Enterprise Park comprises 47 business units varying in size from 250-3000 square feet.
The single storey workshops are brick built under a lined, aluminium & steel roof, with a sealed concrete floor, and a toilet. The central hub and conference centre features a reception lobby, training and meeting rooms, business offices and security facilities.
